Data deletion requests

1. Ad visitors

We do not collect names or email addresses from people who click ads, so we need technical details to find your records. Email ajay@launchigo.ae with the subject "Data request" and include:

• The approximate date and time of the click, with your time zone
• Your IP address at that time
• What you want: show, correct or delete the data

2. Account users

Email ajay@launchigo.ae from the address on your account and tell us what you want us to do.

3. What happens next

• We confirm we received your request
• We may ask for information to confirm the request is yours
• We complete the request within 30 days, or tell you if we need more time
• Records we must keep by law, such as accounting records, are kept only as long as required

4. More information
