Privacy policy
What information Trackscales records, why, and what choices you have.
Last updated: 2 November 2026
1. Who we are
Trackscales is operated by LAUNCHIGO MEDIA FZCO ("we", "us", "our"), 001 DSO P.O. Box 4455, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: ajay@launchigo.ae, +971 50 628 5067.
2. Who this policy covers
- Ad visitors: people who click an ad or link that uses a Trackscales tracking link.
- Account users: our team, clients and partners who log in to the Trackscales dashboard.
- Website visitors: people who visit trackscales.com.
3. Data we collect from ad clicks
When you click a tracked ad, your browser makes a normal web request to our server. From it we record:
| Data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| A random click ID that we create | Match a later sign-up or sale to the right click |
| Date and time | Reports |
| Offer ID and destination URL | Know the campaign and where you were sent |
| IP address | Approximate country, region and city; detection of fake or automated clicks |
| Browser and device information | Reports and fraud checks |
| Referring page, if sent by your browser | Reports |
| Tracking values in the link, such as sub IDs or Google's click identifier | Split reports by campaign, ad or keyword |
We do not ask ad visitors for their name, email address, phone number or payment details.
4. Conversion data from advertisers
If you later sign up or buy on an advertiser's website, the advertiser or its network may send us a server message (postback) with the click ID, the type of action, a transaction ID and the commission value. We use it only to count results and calculate payments. Advertisers do not send us your name, email or payment details.
5. Data about account users
For dashboard accounts we store the name, email address, role, login records, and the settings and campaign data entered into the account. API keys for connected networks are stored encrypted. We use this data to provide the service, keep it secure and support users.
6. Data about website visitors
Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser) for security and to keep the site working. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It loads its font from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request. See the cookie policy.
7. Why we may use this data
- Legitimate interests: measuring advertising, calculating payments correctly, preventing click fraud, and keeping our systems secure.
- Contract: providing the dashboard to account users under our terms of use.
- Legal obligation: keeping records required by law and answering lawful requests.
8. Who we share data with
- Clients and partners, only for the campaigns they are part of.
- Advertisers and networks, only the click ID and result needed to confirm a conversion.
- Hosting, network and security providers who run the service for us.
- A fraud detection provider, which may receive the IP address and browser information to check if a click is a bot, proxy or VPN.
- Telegram, for alert messages sent to our own team groups (these do not contain ad visitor data).
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data.
9. International transfers
Our servers and providers may be located outside your country. When data is transferred, we use providers that protect it with appropriate safeguards.
10. How long we keep data
Click and conversion records are kept only as long as needed for reporting, accounting and settling payments with advertisers and partners, and you can ask us to delete your records at any time (see data deletion). Account data is kept while the account is active and deleted after it is closed, unless the law requires longer. Server logs are kept for a short period for security.
11. Security
All tracking and dashboard traffic uses HTTPS. The dashboard is private and only open to accounts our team creates. Access is limited by role.
12. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law or the EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or limit its use, and to complain to a data protection authority. Because we do not collect names or emails from ad visitors, please send the approximate date and time of the click and your IP address so we can find the record. See data deletion.
13. Children
Trackscales is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data about children.
14. Changes
We may update this policy. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
