1. About these terms

Trackscales is operated by LAUNCHIGO MEDIA FZCO, 001 DSO P.O. Box 4455, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By using this website or a Trackscales account you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Trackscales is a click and conversion tracking tool. It is used by LAUNCHIGO MEDIA FZCO for its own advertising and by clients and partners we work with. It is not a public self-service product.

3. Accounts

• Accounts are created only by our team. There is no public sign-up.
• You must keep your login details private and tell us at once if you think your account has been misused.
• We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.

4. Acceptable use

Account users must not:

• Use tracking links in ads that break the policies of the ad platform, including Google Ads policies
• Use Trackscales to send visitors to a page other than the one shown in the link, or to hide the real destination
• Promote illegal, misleading or harmful products, services or content
• Send fake clicks or fake conversions, or try to manipulate reports
• Try to access data or accounts they are not allowed to see, or disrupt the service

5. Google Ads tracking

Google Ads clicks may only use the host go.trackscales.com with the path /gclick and the redirect_url parameter, as described in the docs. Other Trackscales tracking links must not be used in Google Ads. Destinations through other trackers are allowed only when those trackers are certified by Google.

6. Data

We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy. Account users are responsible for having the right to use any data they add to the dashboard.

7. Availability

We work to keep Trackscales available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. We may change or improve features at any time.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the website or service.

9. Intellectual property

The Trackscales name, website and software belong to LAUNCHIGO MEDIA FZCO. You may not copy or resell them without our written permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Dubai.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
